Lovely hotel, good location, polite staff, cleaning every day, varied breakfast, very much liked it!

There are no complaints.

Very clean hotel and if that's saying also my wife, it must be true.

The only downside is rather a busy and noisy street under the windows.

2 spacious rooms apartment for a very low price, good location - 3min walk to the beach, 24h shop in the hotel

the staff got confused with the price of air-conditioning and tried to overcharge me, once you close the windows and do not turn on the aircon (usual situation once you come back to the room), the cheap leather sofa generates a weird fishy smell

I like the nature of the rooms, the rooms are newly renovated, clean and cheap as well as the hospitality of the staff.

What I don't like about the hotel during my stay there was just the location at the center of the town where there is alot of noise during the day and even late in the night. The environment is very noisy especially with the construction of new building around the hotel but apart from that I love everything about the hotel

The staff are helpful and behave in a good manner.

The cooling fan was very noisy and bothering.

Comfortable Big room with Kitchen, walking distannce from evrything you need in Larnaca and the bus to anywhere in Cyprus,,3-4 minuts from all restaurants and the fantastic beach , very reasonable price for the room,,the room service are very clean ,,, the Receptionist was very helpful he gave me the plug in adapter for the electricity so i worked on my computer for free,,,Thanks very much , made my stay in Larnaca very easy and fun

I don't think there is anything I don't like ,,,but i wish there is more international or American TV channels like at least CNN,,HBO and the wireless internet would be better if it can accesable in the rooms instead going down to the lobby or the restaurant to work on the internet ,, here in the USA all WiFi are very strong cignal reaches evry room ,,

The price, the fact that is was close to beach, in the centre of the city, near shopping , close to restaurant area.

I didn't like the fact that our apartment was facing a construction site. We had sliding glass doors at the bedroom and also the living room/kitchen, and we had to pull the courtains all the time we were in the apartment. So be aware what you choose, because for not much of extra money you canget better. We would have paid more if we knew about the construction site. And maybe the biggest problem was the awfull noise during two nights of our three nights stay there. we actually couldn,t sleep but with the pillows on the had. The banging was terrrible from the neighbourhood. It was Easter though, and we wanted a small vacation to rest , so it was hard for the unsleepless nights.

the water in the shower changes from hot to cold and back every 30 seconds..

The only good thing about the hotel is the location and the 24 hours supermarket in the hotel. It is 15 minutes by taxi to Larnaca airport and 20-25 minutes by bus (Costs only 1 Eur per person) which stops at the sea face from where you can walk 5 minutes to the hotel.

Rooms were not clean - I could see bunch of hairs lying at couple of places in the room. Atmosphere was not so welcoming, rooms look too old and positive atmosphere is lacking. No english channels on the TV.
